Job Description:

The Client Services Manager role will be heavily involved in day to day client communication and support. The position will be highly interactive with the sales and client services department and their managers. All responsibilities are conducted while upholding the Empirian Health vision and mission.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Client Site Visits (25% travel)
  • Manage quarterly payment process
  • Manage contract renewal
  • Assist in customer service
  • Help with upselling our services
  • Customer support and/or external client communication
  • Client facing to help us better understand more specific needs
  • Work as a main source to better the relationships with our clients
  • Assist in assembly of presentation materials
  • Special projects as requested

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in a Customer Service/Account Management roll
  • Excellent computer proficiency: including Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Ability to manage time and multitask
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
